To serve others in their celebration of life's moments by customizing experiences that last a lifetime!

CustomEventCreations is an event decor and design business located in Novi, Michigan. We serve the Metro Detroit area. We have had the opportunity to decorate for baby showers, gender reveals, birthday parties, graduations, prom send offs, retirements, bridal showers, and weddings. We look forward to adding to this list. In addition, we have created decorations for many different themes such as Baby Prince, Mickey Mouse, Baby Elephant, Baby First, Lion King, Paris, and more! Often times we build decorations from scratch to fit these themes. We love to customize events! 

Hello, my name is Rashaunda King. I am the founder and lead designer of CustomEventCreations. I was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. I am a wife, mother, and elementary school teacher. 

I have dedicated my life to serving others. One way I serve is through education. In the school setting, I teach elementary aged children. In the event community, I teach and mentor event professionals. Another way I serve is by helping clients to celebrate key moments in their lives. This is truly a ministry and passion for me! This allows me to use my creativity to love on people and make their special day beautiful and unforgettable!
